We pride ourselves in catering for every detail of your stay at Whitby Railway Cottages. Each of our identically furnished cottages – built in 2009 and 2010 – offer private individual parking, and comfortably sleep up to four people. If you’re not dining out in Whitby, you can take advantage of your fully equipped kitchen – or head outside to your private patio, complete with furniture and a BBQ for those summer nights.

Poppy Nook
Escape to Poppy Nook, our first cottage. Sleeps four, and features a fully equipped kitchen, spacious lounge, and bathroom with rainfall shower. Poppy Nook benefits from a small lawned back garden, equipped with outdoor furniture and a BBQ.
Railway Mews
Railway Mews, a cosy and comfortable base to explore the town and beyond. Comfortably sleeps four, and has everything you need to settle in. Around the back, Railway Mews has a small patio – perfect for watching the steam train go by.

Our cottages are just a short five minute flat walk away from the bustling town centre of Whitby. No hills, and no steps – just a five minute easy stroll. We’re even closer to the train station – just two minutes down the road by foot. Our cottages are easily accessible by car, by train, or on foot – and each cottage has private parking right outside.
